- How do I grant HealthKit permissions?
WatchYou will prompt you on first launch. You can also manage permissions in the Apple Health app under Sharing > Apps > WatchYou.
- Why isn't my HRV data updating?
Ensure your Apple Watch is worn securely and you have "Mindfulness" or background HRV readings enabled in your Watch settings.
- Is my health data secure?
Yes. All your data stays on your device or in your secure iCloud account. We do not collect or sell your health data. See our Privacy Policy.
